Smokey Ice Ring

This was a first for me. A brass ring I'm actually happy with! The brass is harder to work with than the silver because of the stiffness. I first wrapped the ring with 20g Brass and wasn't happy with the way the ring are looked, I took a scrap length of 24g brass and decided to wrap it around the entire ring and added the swirls. I love swirls, they add a little accent with stealing the show

20g and 24g Artistic Brass wire with Smokey Quartz faceted nugget bead.

Another bead I had around that needed to made into something. With the success of Lavender Ice ( [link] ) I wanted to try another ring. Besides, I don't have many gold colored rings... silver is my favorite, but sometimes you just need gold
