My hoops are made from 100psi PVC Tubing with internal connection point that allow them to be twisted down for travel. They are heavier than the standard toy hoop you may have grown up with, making it easier for adults to use. I have also sold the same size hoops to children, allowing them to grow with their hoop

The world of Hoop Dance is bigger than you can imagine, you can do all sorts of fun tricks with it, not just the simple around the waist move. It's a wonderfully fun form of exercise and I do it for 1-2 hrs a day on average. I've managed to tone my abs, arms, thighs, and butt considerably in only 6 months!

This is the only video I can find of me hooping at NYCC this past february, and it's not the best since it's slightly squished, but it will show you a few basic tricks you can learn I had only been hooping for 3 weeks in this video, I've picked up some way aewsome tricks in the last few months

You can choose pretty much any color combo with 2-4 colors...

*To collapse your hoop, place on connection point on the floor with the other in your hand. Place your foot on the point on the floor and start pushing down on the top point while twisting to the right. Once the connections touch you'll have a figure '8' shape. Hold the two connections with your left hand while pulling one half of the figure '8' towards the other.

*Only collapse your hoop for travel, do not keep it coiled down during storage as they can warp. Do not leave in your car on a hot day, they will melt and warp.
